As a principal facilities project manager, I lead a dedicated team of project managers overseeing MEP infrastructure projects for a leading healthcare provider. My role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of healthcare/research facilities, as well as a commitment to minimizing disruptions to critical services. I leverage my expertise in full-cycle project management, from planning and design through to execution and completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with stringent healthcare regulations. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, where each member is empowered to excel.
